ABOUT CYCLEIN
What is CycleIn?
CycleIn is accessible online cycle training, designed for adults who want to build the skills and confidence to cycle on today's roads.
It's designed by the organisation who manage Bikeability, the Department for Transports national cycle training programme for school children in England, brining trusted cycling education to adult learners.
Cycling can improve health and wellbeing, save money, reduce carbon emissions, and promote independence. Yet many of us don't have the skills and confidence to cycle. That's why our expert instructors have created CycleIn, an easy-to-use online cycle training course to give you the skills in as little as 90-120 minutes.
Available for individuals or organisations.

The focus of CycleIn is on building on-road cycling skills, such as learning The Highway Code, and confidence in riders who may know how to cycle but haven't in a while and/or aren't confident cycling on today's roads. If you are at the beginning of your cycling journey, we'd recommend finding an in-person cycling training course that can teach you the fundamentals of cycling. CycleIn can be used to complement in-person training. Find an in-person cycling training course here https://www.bikeability.org.uk/find-cycle-training/
The training is self-paced and consists of 15 modules that can be completed in any order. Completion of all modules typically takes 90–120 minutes.
